  • Remove cover and add a tablespoon of hot water to each cup.
  • Crack one egg into each cup.
  • Pierce the yolk to avoid the egg exploding.
  • Replace the cover and microwave for 40-60 seconds (depending on microwave power).
  • Let eggs rest for the appropriate time before removing, depending on preferred firmness:
  • Using the upper tabs, lift each cup out of the poacher to drain cooking water, and serve as desired.
